This is the perfect opportunity to explore the charming town of Glasgow during the day and stargaze in the evening. Just 20 miles north of town, say hello to dark skies at this remote, 16-acre fishing access site.

There are campsites available here on a first-come, first-served basis or you can make your way back to cozy lodging in town when you’ve had your fill of the Milky Way.

During the Day

• Check out the Milk River Observation Point.
• Fish on the Missouri River or Fort Peck Lake.
• Visit the Valley County Pioneer Museum.
• Stop by the Children’s Museum of Northeast Montana in Glasgow and check out their one-of-a-kind world wildlife exhibit.

Getting There

FROM GLASGOW: Go east on HWY 2 for about 1 mile. Turn left onto HWY 24 and go 18½ miles to the access sign. Turn left and head ¾ mile to the campground.
