The Camp Creek Recreation Area is located in the Little Rockies, offering a scenic view of the surrounding mountains. The area consists of the Camp Creek Campground, Horse Corral Campground and Buffington Day Use Area. This site is perfect for those looking to see the stars—surrounded by mountains—by night and explore the Little Rockies by day.

The camp has been designated a Watchable Wildlife area, so there should be a better-than-average opportunity to see nature in progress.
